Course Overview

UniKL Malaysia’s Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Industrial Design is a three-year degree with specialization options in furniture design, product design, and transport design. It concentrates on building students’ technical abilities, creativity, and grasp of design principles. The program aims to produce graduates who can evaluate design concepts, show strong skills in digital technology, and display an entrepreneurial mindset. Along the way, students learn to put their knowledge to practical use, critically examine theories, express their ideas clearly, and demonstrate leadership and responsibility. With its emphasis on lifelong learning, the program also prepares students to advance their careers in the industrial design field.

Entry Requirements

• STPM: A pass with at least a Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects, or an equivalent qualification.

• Other qualifications (such as UEC, Foundation, or STAM): Contact the university’s education consultants, or submit an application so your qualifications can be assessed for admission.
