Course Overview

UniKL Malaysia’s Bachelor of Food Safety and Quality Technology with Honours is a three-year degree developed together with QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd. Its goal is to prepare graduates who are skilled, knowledgeable, and innovative in food safety and quality. Students gain hands-on skills, plenty of exposure to industry, and professional courses built into the curriculum. By the end, graduates should be able to apply core technology principles, tackle problems with up-to-date tools, think critically, communicate well, act with social responsibility, keep learning throughout their careers, and work effectively in teams while showing leadership. A full year of internship with QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd gives students real workplace experience.

Entry Requirements

• STPM: A pass in STPM or an equivalent qualification, with at least a Grade C (CGPA 2.0) in any two subjects.

• Other qualifications (such as UEC, Foundation, or STAM): Contact the university’s education consultants, or submit an application so your qualifications can be assessed for admission.
