Course Overview

The Bachelor of Project Management (Honours) at UniKL Malaysia gives students a professional grounding in project management, including the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques needed to reach specific goals within set timeframes and constraints. Students are guided through the whole project lifecycle, which has five main phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Core courses include Project Management, Integrated Project Management, Project Estimation and Budgeting, Project Scheduling and Control, Project Quality Management, Project Procurement, Project Risk Management, and Sustainability and Green Project Management.

The programme takes a flexible approach, so it applies to many industries, such as construction, engineering, education, health, commerce, information technology, and research and development. Graduates are prepared for roles as coordinators, leads, executives, officers, and managers. The Project Management Institute (PMI) projects that project management will be one of the fastest-growing occupations, which means demand for project executives and managers is rising worldwide.

Entry Requirements

STPM:
Applicants need a pass in STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in any two subjects.
