Course Overview

UTM Malaysia’s Bachelor of Real Estate with Honours is the first real estate degree offered in the country. It is built to serve the varied needs of real estate practitioners and spans valuation, property management, economics, law, and ICT. The programme balances technical expertise with soft skills and follows industry guidelines set by BOVEAP.

Entry Requirements

• A senior high school certificate or an equivalent pre-university qualification (requirements vary by country, so check the details for yours), and

• Meeting the English proficiency requirement.
